Raunak Agri Farm products Private Limited ships products to addresses all across India. We partner with India's leading logistics providers (including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post) to ensure safe, tamper-evident, and timely delivery of your packages.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
All confirmed orders are processed and handed over to our shipping carriers within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays). In case of unexpected delays due to high demand, weather disruptions, or inventory restocks, our team will proactively notify you.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, estimated delivery time depends on your delivery pin-code:
- Metro & Tier 1 Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities / District Headquarters: 4 to 6 business days.
- Remote / Rural Locations / North-East & Islands: 6 to 9 business days.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees (if any) are calculated based on parcel weight, package dimensions, and delivery location. The exact shipping charge is transparently displayed on the checkout page before you complete your payment. We also offer Free Shipping on orders meeting promotional threshold values.
5. Real-Time Order Tracking
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we send an automated notification containing your Airway Bill (AWB) Tracking Number and live courier tracking link via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp. You can track your shipment journey in real time until it reaches your doorstep.
6. Damaged or Tampered Parcels
If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged, crushed, or opened at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package or insist on an open-delivery verification from the courier executive. Please take clear photos and immediately inform our support desk:
